Computer Forensics – is the scientific process of collecting evidence that is to be presented and used in court proceedings. This mechanical collection of electronic evidence quite often means the recovery of deleted, destroyed and/or altered documents and hardware. Other important key aspects of this forensic process include analysis, authentication and presentation.

Electronic Discovery – otherwise known as e-discovery, is the important pre-trial phase where requested electronic documents are processed and then authenticated in order to be presented in court. Where there once used to be piles and piles of paperwork, there are now valuable terabytes of data that must be culled and de-duplicated for key terms and data sets, to find that key set of documents that will then prove the case.

Incident Response – is basically the timely reaction to and the recovery from any computer incident that could potentially breach the security of your network in any way. Whether this means responding to a virus or a hacker intrusion, evaluating firewall security or creating an incidence response policy, both crisis and the potential for crisis must be promptly attended to and responsibly managed.

Expert Witness Services – perhaps one of the most crucial components, this is the actual presentation in court that helps to settle the matter. Precise, professional testimony on the stand from credible witnesses, all backed with affidavits, declarations and expert reports. All of the information provided in court is very clear, concise and easy to read in order to provide the back-end. Front-end services include consulting as well as early case assessment.
